Is 7 days enough for Sri Lanka?
Sri Lanka is small but the roads are slow, so distances that look short on a map often take 3 to 5 hours. 7 days works best if you pick one or two regions and avoid trying to see the whole island.
Add about an hour to every driving time for stops, and leave your longest drive for the day with no major sights.
